By clicking the "Submit" button, I (the Client) agree to the terms of this web development agreement on behalf of my organization or business. I'm engaging RegisterDomainLive.com for the specific project of developing/redeveloping the my Web Site as detailed here. I also authorize RegisterDomainLive.com to publicize my completed Web site to Web search engines, as well as other Web directories and indexes. Completion Date. Client’s initial web site will be viewable in 24-48 hours. RegisterDomainLive.com and the Client will work together to complete the project in a timely fashion, adding content, images, etc. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the project no later than 30 days from today. Payment of Fees and Expenses. A payment of 50% deposit of total initial cost shall be remitted upon signing this agreement, either with company check or via credit card (Invoice email will be sent to Client), and client agrees to promptly fulfill invoice balance when work is completed, or no later than 30 days from today. Total initial cost includes web site plan price; first quarter's maintenance fee; and a onetime $59 setup. Half that total is invoiced prior to commencing work on Client's web site. The remaining balance will be invoiced 30 days from today, or earlier if site is published at an early date. If paying by check(s), work on Client’s web site will commence when check has cleared at the bank. Client agrees that should the bank return Client’s check for any reason, Client will be liable for any fees incurred by RegisterDomainLive.com from the bank. Make Checks Payable to RegisterDomainLive.com and return to 66 Substation Road, Canton, NC 28716. This agreement entails a quarterly maintenance fee, determined by multiplying monthly plan amount X 3, and is payable in advance each quarter. Client may cancel at any time. Copyright to Web Pages. Copyright to the Web pages produced by RegisterDomainLive.com is owned by the Client. A full copy of Client's web site files are available at any time upon request. If at any time client wishes to no longer continue hosting and maintenance services with RegisterDomainLive.com, RegisterDomainLive.com will at any time – during contracted term, or following it - provide Client a copy of the web site data (web site on disc), or transfer Client’s web site in digital format to Client or representative. In short, if Client no longer wishes for RegisterDomainLive.com to continue providing hosting, updates, maintenance, etc. we will respectfully provide Client a copy of your site. Hosting. Client’s web site will be hosted at GoDaddy.com or on a server provided by Client. Sole Agreement. The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between RegisterDomainLive.com and the Client regarding the project outlined above. Refund Policy. If the Client or RegisterDomainLive.com halts work, or if Client applies in writing for a refund within 30 days from date of signing this agreement to RegisterDomainLive.com, Client will be refunded full amount paid, less $159 processing fee. Commitment from RegisterDomainLive.com. We will work hard in developing a professional web site for the Client and will ensure the initial publishing is viewable on a test server on the Internet within 24-48 hours. Of course, together we will work to tweak your web site to perfection over the following days. Client should provide desired content, or instructions on where to find the content for the web site to RegisterDomainLive.com in a timely manner. When Client's web site is complete, it will be published to the domain name chosen by Client, where continual updates and changes will be made to the site. Maintenance. Throughout the term of this agreement, Client may wish to request updates or changes to their web site. Minor changes and updates can be made at any time at no additional charge in the following ways: - Complete the Change Request Form on RegisterDomainLive.com, or - Send RegisterDomainLive.com an email with desired changes (please be specific as to which page/s need changes), or - Emergency changes – call at 828-283-3510 (Monday – Saturday, 9am - 8pm) - Send content via regular snail mail to: 66 Substation Road, Canton, NC 28716 By entering my initials and clicking the "Agree" button below, I, the Client am providing my electronic signature and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
