By clicking the "Submit" button, I (the Client) agree to the terms of this web development agreement on behalf of my organization or business. I'm engaging RegisterDomainLive.com for the specific project of developing/redeveloping my Web Site as detailed here. I also authorize RegisterDomainLive.com to publicize my completed Web site to Web search engines, Web directories and indexes.
Completion Date. Client's initial web site will be viewable on a test server within 2-7 days, where only the Client and RegisterDomainLive.com can see it, as the website is being developed. RegisterDomainLive.com and the Client will work together to complete Client's website in a timely fashion. RegisterDomainLive.com will be adding content, images, etc. provided by Client.
Design Templates. Client is responsible for choosing the design template. After the template is chosen, RegisterDomainLive.com will purchase the template and work will begin on Client's website. If Client decides within 7 days from the date of this Agreement to select a new template, a change fee of 50% of this plan price will be paid by Client. If Client decides after 7 days from the date of this Agreement to select a new template, a new plan must be purchased.
Website Pages. This is the 5-page Website Plan. Plan price is $1298 (+$263.76 for 12 months maintenance/hosting). Total is $1561.76 Client agrees to provide all material (content, text, images, etc.) for the website to RegisterDomainLive.com, or tell RegisterDomainLive.com where to find content (such as from Client's current website). RegisterDomainLive.com will work expeditiously to complete Client's website in a timely manner. Client understands that this can not be accomplished without providing all necessary content for Client's website to RegisterDomainLive.com. This plan will provide Client with a 5-page website. Included is a selection of web site features:

Payment of Fees and Expenses. Prior to commencing work on Client's web site, a 50% deposit of $780.88 will be remitted by Client to RegisterDomainLive.com. The balance of $780.88 is due prior to publishing, and will be charged via automatic payment 2 weeks from today. Client may choose to pay via company check. In the event a client's check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, a $50 insufficient funds fee will be incurred by the client, payable to RegisterDomainLive.com.
Copyright to Web Pages. Copyright to the Web pages produced by RegisterDomainLive.com is owned by the Client. Client's web site files will be made available to the Client at anytime while Client's website is live on the Internet.
Copyright to Domain Names. This website plan includes a free domain name for the first year, unless purchased/registered already by Client. Copyright to any domain names purchased on behalf of Client by RegisterDomainLive.com belongs to Client. In the case where client already owns the domain name, client is solely responsible for registration of domain name during renewal periods.
Maintenance. If Client has hosting and does not want the monthly maintenance plan offered from RegisterDomainLive.com, Client may have desired updates for the website in the future. Why not let the experts handle your website updates? RegisterDomainLive.com offers one of the lowest hourly rates for web work available anywhere! Flat Hourly Maintenance Rate - $65 (minimum 1 hour per update). When updates are desired, Client may contact RegisterDomainLive.com with Client's updates in order to receive a quote for the additional work (when NOT ON the maintenance plan), or to take advantage of RegisterDomainLive.com's unlimited free updates (when ON the maintenance plan). Client can contact RegisterDomainLive.com in several ways:
- Complete the Support Ticket on RegisterDomainLive.com, or
- Send RegisterDomainLive.com an email with desired changes (please be specific as to which page/s need changes), or
- Emergency changes - call at 828-283-3510 (Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm EST)

Search Engine Optimization. Some of our Website Plans include free Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Please see our website for more info on SEO. This website plan does NOT include free search engine optimization.
Sole Agreement. The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between RegisterDomainLive.com and the Client regarding the project outlined herein.
Refund Policy. If the RegisterDomainLive.com halts work on Client's website, or if Client requests a refund within 7 days from date of signing this agreement, Client will be refunded full amount paid, less $659 processing fee. This fee helps RegisterDomainLive.com recoup the cost of web template purchase, domain names, hosting accounts, and any webwork accomplished prior to refund request. Client and RegisterDomainLive.com agree that no refunds will be issued after 7 days from signing this Agreement.
Commitment from RegisterDomainLive.com. RegisterDomainLive.com will work to develop a professional web site for the Client and will ensure the initial publishing is viewable on a test server on the Internet within 2-7 days of payment receipt. Of course, Client and RegisterDomainLive.com will work together to tweak Client's web site to perfection over the following days. Client should provide desired content, or instructions on where to find the content for the web site to RegisterDomainLive.com in a timely manner. When Client's web site is complete, it will be published to the domain name chosen by Client.
By entering the initials to my name and clicking the "Agree" button below, I, the Client, am providing my signature and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
A copy of this Agreement will be sent to the Client.
